Asbestos Surveyor

Maidstone (commutable from Surrey London Essex)

Our client is an established asbestos management company with an office in the heart of Kent. They have a number of multi-year contracts across the region and as such are looking for a fully P402 qualified asbestos consultant who has experience of undertaking management/R&D surveys on commercial or residential building types. If you are looking for a long term career opportunity, working on interesting and challenging client sites, then this represents an excellent opportunity. There shall be opportunities to gain additional qualifications such as P405

Salary: Negotiable (circa £22,000-27,000) plus an expensed company vehicle and full benefits.

Qualifications: P402 qualified with post qualification asbestos surveying experience. A full driving licence.

Duties shall include:

*Undertaking management and refurbishment & demolition surveys on client sites in accordance with HSE guidance.
*Production of written reports for asbestos surveys
*Liaising with clients
*Project management of small contracts and assisting on the management of larger contracts.
*Maintaining records and data in accordance with quality control systems
*Supervising removal contractors
