Our restaurant is located just outside Bromley and it opened its doors to the public in 1996 with a simple business plan to provide excellent service and outstanding value in a stylish, comfortable and modern dining room. Our restaurant has held one michelin * & 4AA rosettes for many years and will be looking to maintain these impeccable standards for the foreseeable future.
The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, usually serving between 40/50 customers per service. We offer traditional European cuisine and pride ourselves on the high standards set both with the food and level of service provided by our front of house professionals. We also have a sister restaurant situated in London which has been awarded two rosettes and michelin bib recommended.
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry who is passionate, loyal, career driven and can work well under pressure. We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie Pastry who has experience working within a minimum of three rosettes. The ideal Chef de Partie Pastry will be qualified with their NVQ levels and fluent in English.
Within our kitchen we have all the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible. The successful Chef de Partie Pastry will be joining a team of three professional pastry chefs who will help you develop your culinary skills in one of England's most prestigious restaurants.
The position for Chef de Partie Pastry is available for an immediate start and the interviewing process will start promptly.
