Our fine dining restaurant located just 30 minutes from London Victoria is situated in the heart of Kent. Our restaurant opened its doors to the public towards the end of 2011 after a multi million pond refurbishment of an iconic building.
Our restaurant offers modern European/French cuisine and are currently looking to achieve a Michelin *. Our head chef has worked in some of England's finest Michelin * restaurants including spending 7 years as head chef in a 1 michelin */4AA fine dining restaurant. The restaurant is hugely popular for lunch and dinner serving between 30/50 customers.
We are currently on the look for a strong Chef de Partie Pastry to run our pastry section under the guidance of our head chef/owner. We have a spacious kitchen and all of the latest equipment to make your job as easy as possible. We are looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry who has experience in award winning restaurants or hotels who is confident enough to run our pastry section and help us achieve our michelin * status.
The ideal Chef de Partie Pastry will be qualified, passionate, reliable and thrive under pressure. Because you will be the only full time pastry chef in the kitchen we are looking for someone is imaginative, creative and a strong track record.
