What’s involved with this role:
Deal with enquiries from residents on the telephone and at the reception desk in a positive and proactive way so as to ensure an effective service is given.
Work co-operatively across all teams to assist in achieving organisational objectives; being flexible and responsive to requests for support.
Undertake all administration in respect of nominations and waiting lists, assignments/succession, mutual exchange procedures and garages. In addition to assist Officers with accompanied viewing and visits where necessary
Provide administration support for the Neighbourhood Team, including post handling, diary co-ordination and filing.
Be responsible for the banking of any monies collected at reception and for effectively recording the same for audit purposes, where appropriate.
Responsible for maintaining a scheme inspection register recording dates of all formal inspections carried out and future dates planned for the year ahead.
Provide support for the management of the Resident’s Area Forum, arranging & attending meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and being the office contact for all members, where appropriate. To assist in arrangements for other organisational meetings or events as directed by Neighbourhood Manager.
Issue resident satisfaction surveys as required, collate responses and issue reports to residents.

UK working experience

Minimum of 12 months recent housing administration/reception experience, preferably within a similar role and ideally within a public sector organisation
Working within a customer focused organisation

Anticipated Length of Assignment: All of our roles are designated temporary, though in practice we find that the vast majority of them get extended on a multiple/long term basis. This one is expected to be for 1-2 months, initially.
Hours per week: 21 Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
