Senior Conveyancing Solicitor (7 years PQE)

Salary: £55,000 - £76,000

A exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading Legal Practice with a strong regional reputation. Our client is looking to take on an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. Responsibilities

You will provide excellent client services in Residential Property
You will be handling high net worth clients with the opportunity to work with more unique properties, including those with water frontage or moorings, equestrian use, unusual rural features or holiday home usage
As the team is relatively small but looking to expand in the conveyancing market you will be expected to take on the responsibility of business development expanding clients and taking on new business ventures
As well as helping the buying and selling process to run smoothly and quickly, you will also offer specialist advice on buy to let properties, barn conversions, new build developments and mortgages - including releasing equity through a 'lifetime' mortgage
You will provide excellent client services in Residential Property
The team specialise in all aspects of residential property acquisitions and disposals including: auctions, listed buildings and agricultural work
Advise on new buildings and plot sales

Skills

To be successfully considered you will need to be a Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in conveyancing
Ideally the Partner is looking to make an investment in hiring a new member to the conveyancing team so it is essential that you have the ability to bring a client Following with you
You should have the ability to bill in excess of £100,000 and in return you will be given a fantastic salary and join a team with an established reputation
This role will ideally suit a Partner looking to join a Firm as a senior member of the Team who wants to bring their existing clients to a practice who will fully services and continue to provide excellent client care
